Order Policy
Each Montana Woven™ blanket is made-to-order and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your blanket. If it isn’t the perfect fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery according to our return policy.
To qualify, the blanket must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at montanawoven@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We will verify the problem and send a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- Email montanawoven@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, name, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and a return address.
- After the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Products damaged through misuse or neglect
- Free or promotional items
